With no talent network in Australia, Dropbox were looking to hire 2 Enterprise AEs to form a landing team to briefly work alongside the US employees who had come to Sydney. With the goal of having those employees return to California as quickly as possible it was important these local hires could bring proven, local market expertise and domain experience to minimize the ramp to independent productivity.
